Is everything made to order?

Yes. Each piece is made to order after your purchase is confirmed, allowing our team to give careful attention to construction, finish, and fit.

Can I provide custom measurements?

Yes. When selecting Custom size on the product page, enter your measurements with your order. Need assistance? Contact our support team.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted on all products except corsets, which are final sale. Eligible returns must be requested within seven days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have their tags attached. Made-to-order returns are subject to the deductions outlined in our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Eligible returns must be requested through the online returns portal within the seven-day window Start a return.

Can I request a custom color?

Yes. Select Custom color on the product page, then enter your fabric type and available color number from the swatches. Explore Color swatches for mini, midi & gowns and Color swatches for bespoke suit sets.

Where do you ship?

I have to say

I have to say, prices are very reasonable and the quality is totally worth it. They take their time and it shows in the craftsmanship. I ordered the Govaines dress for a black tie event and after production it got shipped and I received it next day (I paid for overnight shipping) which saved me! If I had opted for their complimentary USPS shipping it would not have arrived on time. Totally worth to get overnight shipping if you're on a time crunch. #customerforlife :)
